You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us (Radwelt.Store GmbH & Co. OHG Zentrallager / W.-Conrad-Röntgen-Str. 1 / 07629 Hermsdorf, Tel. 036601 - 909995) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will only bear the costs of returning the goods for bulky goods (in this case bicycles) after written cancellation if there is a clear defect in the product. This must be proven in advance (photo, video). The return costs are always calculated by the shipping company used. The cost of returning a bicycle is 45 euros. Returns of this type must be registered in writing with Radwelt.store in advance and confirmed by us. The forwarding agent is determined by Radwelt.store. Please contact us at any time to work out a solution that is appropriate for both parties. We focus on trust and customer satisfaction.

Special notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and later cancel it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form a economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our co-operation with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the cancellation takes effect, your lender shall enter into our rights and obligations arising from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible , make use of your right of cancellation and also revoke the loan agreement if you also have a right of cancellation for this .
